周荣刚

周荣刚, 理学博士, 北京航空航天大学经济管理学院教授, 博士生导师。北航经管学院智能交互与体验研究中心负责人, 现任中国人类工效学学会常务理事、智能交互与体验分会副主任委员兼秘书长、中华人因与工效学协会理事兼秘书长、中国心理学会工程心理学专业委员会副主任委员、国际期刊International Journal of Industrial Ergonomics和中文期刊《人类工效学》编委。

主要教学和研究领域为工程心理学、人因工程、客户体验管理、人机协同智慧管理与决策。先后主持国家自然科学基金重点和面上项目、航空基金、人因工程全国重点实验室基金、北京市自然科学基金等各类课题30余项。在人因与工效学领域的权威期刊及重要国际会议上发表论文120余篇, 获国家发明授权专利8, 曾连续六年入选爱思唯尔中国高被引学者榜单 (2014-2019)。目前主持国家自然科学基金面向人机物融合的智能化软件基础研究重大研究计划重点支持项目知识数据双驱动的组织建模、影响评估与精确调控技术研究(No. 92582204; 2026-2029)
