主要教学和研究领域为工程心理学、人因工程、客户体验管理、人机协同智慧管理与决策。先后主持国家自然科学基金重点和面上项目、航空基金、人因工程全国重点实验室基金、北京市自然科学基金等各类课题30余项。在人因与工效学领域的权威期刊及重要国际会议上发表论文120余篇, 获国家发明授权专利8项, 曾连续六年入选爱思唯尔中国高被引学者榜单 (2014-2019)。目前主持国家自然科学基金“面向人机物融合的智能化软件基础研究”重大研究计划重点支持项目“知识数据双驱动的组织建模、影响评估与精确调控技术研究”(No. 92582204; 2026-2029)。
